Can any of your equipment be collected?
For insurance purposes, all of our inflatable’s need to be delivered and set up by fully trained staff.
Can any of your equipment be hired over night?
This is something that can be discussed but additional charges may apply.
Can your inflatables be used in the rain?
Some of our inflatable’s are provided with shower covers therefore making them suitable for most types of weather, however care should always be taken if they are wet as the materials in which they are made are naturally quite slippery when they are wet.
When are your items available for hire?
Our items are available 7 days a week all year round including bank holidays.
What notice do I need to give?
It’s best to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
How do I make a booking?
You can book by using the online provisional booking form located on the website. Alternatively you can send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or phone us on 07557 735338.
How do I pay for my booking?
Our preferred method of payment is via a banks transfer. Alternatively you may wish to send a cheque, or pay cash on delivery of your item. Please note that if payment is not received when your item is delivered, it will not be set up for you.
What happens if a problem arises during the hire period?
It is very rare that a problem arises that cannot be dealt with by the hirer. But in the unlikely event one should arise, feel free to contact us at any time and we'll be around ASAP to sort it out.
Are you insured?
Yes we have full public liability insurance, so you can rest assured you are in good hands. This covers accident and injury caused by our equipment failing or incorrect or unsafe installation. As the hirer, you are responsible for ensuring adult supervision of the inflatable at all times. Beware of companies who do not have insurance. Always ask to see a copy of their insurance policy.
